Well, my pick doesn't satisfy criteria 4, and maybe not 6 if you go back a few months, but 5 out of 7 ain't bad. My pick?
TSIG trading at about 50 cents. Lots of new contracts, a new web site soon ( maybe next week ) and probably very good revenue in the coming months and years.
Check the TSIG thread for good DD and very knowledgeable investors.
