I don't actually chew the caps, I just crack them, they make a snapping sound, and bite down just hard enough to release some of their contents, and then swallow them with liquid. I don't know how much lecithin is needed, possibly I'm not getting enough, since the aspirin are probably dissolved and doing their worst by the time the whole cap is dissolved. But some is release by a smart cracking of the caps and a gentle bite. I suspect the granules are the best way to go. Maybe I'll get granules, now that I think of it.
A thing about tiger's milk: when I was nursing my babies, if i got sick or over tired, sometimes milk production would drop; but tiger's milk was a remarkable milk-replenisher. My sister in law went to China on business, and took her nursing baby with her. She was totally exhausted from the trip, and found herself not producing enough milk for her baby, which she mentioned to her translator. In a few minutes, someone in the factory she was visiting made her a cup of a mystery substance to drink... voila! Milk in abundance! It seemed miraculous to her. I wonder what that was.
BTW, what did you Search for to find the info? Lecithin? |
