Does anyone know what %age of SilkNet CMGI owns? I am quite impressed by SilkNet's webbased customer service solutions and look forward to a successful IPO by this company in a space in which tradtitional vendors, CLFY VNTV, etc. have begun to slow down because the web is slowly replacing the call center as the place to be for customer service. This company could be huge. (The answer appears to be 34% according to a previous response to the same message I responded to.. so, how do I cancel this message?)
