Seems like most lawsuits happen in the US. No reason why it can't happen in Canada. It just makes me angry that these guys appear to be lying or were lying (i.e. not under financial distress). The market seems to think this is the best deal (especially with the 12 M$ penalty in place). I can understand why Canadians invest in the US instead of their own country.
