I'd say the inability to figure out incentive payments due them is a yellow flag, not a red flag. I used to work in distribution channel sales for a software vendor, and that whole area of incentive payments is a black art, as is accounting for it all.

LatAm going south? I'd consider that evidence of deteriorating business conditions that are rolling across the globe, and will, most likely slam into every one. So, early evidence of macro risk, not sure if it identifies specific micro risk, unless a disproportionate % of their business is LatAm.
