16 would be the absolute low I would want to see, Olu, to keep it within the "flag" category O'Neill describes. I really think that it's a candidate for a "flag" formation. Couple of weeks away from there I think. The push-me-pull you is the attention from IBD vs. the outstanding warrants which would increase the float. What kind of analysis are you performing on the technical side?
