LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 1999--Software development company New Discoveries Publishing
Corporation (OTC BB:NWDP) announced today that on Feb. 5, 1999 a new board of directors was elected.

NWDP is pleased to announce that the following individuals were elected as the new board of directors. Peter Michaels,
founder and CEO of World Wide Web Casinos and a director of Australian Media Company was elected chairman and
CEO. Carol Michaels, director and controller of World Wide Web Casinos was elected as director, and Ken Toll,
president of Binky Roo Software, a leading software development firm of on-line software and e-commerce, including
Internet casino-style gaming was also elected as director.

The previous board, consisting of Sandra J. Andre, president, Paul W. Andre, secretary/treasurer, and M. Paula Rowe,
director resigned on Feb. 5, 1999.
