Check out the Yahoo board. The Intel shareholders are at work. Shiva is worth more then 185 million considering they have 131 million in shareholder equity. VPN is the worth more then 6 bucks. The company according to Lazard will have total revenues of 230 million in 2002. Pay us what it's worth or give us share of Intel as of the record date.
