It's a concern right here. In the past when bonds caused the S&P to be overvalued by 20% on discount models there has been a serious correction.

If the yield goes higher from here, the S&P goes lower led by the futures, it's that simple.

The Internet stocks want to go higher, though. Perhaps they'll tank toward the end of this as liquidity dries up as it usually does on interest-rate corrections, but I don't know.

Anyway, I'm not selling. Look at eBay...all over the map, but not giving up by any means...yet.
