Ms. Lake,

I have several follow-up questions from this mornings conference call:

1. Mr. Gysi stated allowances (reserves) were roughly $18 million. It was unclear whether this was the amount of revenue reserved in the 4th quarter or if it was the new reserve balance. Can you tell me which the 18 million represents (and also what the other number is?).

2. Mr. Gysi stated much of the inventory at year end was Thunder which has already shipped out. If it continues to sell well, can THQ still produce more of this title (and other WCW titles) or would the licensing agreement not allow more production since we are past year end?

3. Other sales represented 5% of sales. Can you elaborate what these 'other' sales were? Rushware? Royalties from strategy guides?
