Contrary to Greenspan testimony, the Bonds are controlled by the US FED... and ever monetarists knows this. So when the M2 is slowed {eg, M2 MACD is lessen} then the bonds loose support, and begin to float higher. If you where a smart hedge fund {LTCM not} would you not short at 4.5 to 5%, and then when the M2 MACD weakens, Push, and push hard? Short and sell, cover and buy.
