Sorry that I can't help you with your question. I would like to know more about LA Gear. I have owned the stock for quite sometime now. From what I know the company has shown little progress in terms of profitability. However, this takes time and a new mgt. staff has been initiated. Also the layoff of several hundred workers has been executed. EPS estimates to my knowledge are surposed to be released this month 2-12-97. I got this from baseline through E-TRADE my securities broker. Not much in terms of public news announcements. The announcements are outdated to give any kind of support. The only information that is becoming avialiable is within the company itself and who ever the analyst is who follows LA. Large block orders have been executed within the past week. It could mean anything. What do you think will happen within the next couple of weeks in relation to EPS.
