Thanks for your sick-bed reply. (condolences about the flu, throws a wrench in everything)

I'm not too sure of the intricacies of the meaning of the float either. I do know you need to have a good sized float as you pointed out and for those reasons. My confusion is when the float gets to be huge. Are there any downsides to that? (I'm going to a class this weekend about trading and will make this a question there)

When I see the number of shares outstanding, I think it is not such a problem because it is my understanding that those shares must be split between 3 markets; Canada, the US and the German Dax. When the office in Ireland opens up I believe it will create even greater demand in Europe.

Am I reading this correctly? Would sure appreciate any comments or Waldo ?
