--OT--2--Oh my, DGIV!

So there you have the filling, no big deal. Does not change my mind about DGIV

Both are new Co's with new tech at the vanguard of a massive transformation in the telco business.......both presupose risk.

Yet, I much rather invest in a Co. that does business with state telcos or with private european telco's than with USAT, even if it does not file... What I like about USAT is how they got that share price in motion...pity they were so greedy...

I think it has hurt DGIV not to file. As far as I know it was a choice the management made, work on fundamentals or generate "immediate gratification for shareholders". Not my point of view (as to the existance of the trade-off) but then I don't have the info and I don't run the Co.

The # of shares outstanding is fairly similar, the last # I read for DGIV was 19.1 MM (vs FTEL 20.4 MM) Float at DGIV is, I guess, 8 MM shares (vs FTEL 14.9 MM)

If those servers left for the middle east and will be generating revs soon DGIV will be worth more than FTEL, IMHO

The servers that left for the middle eastern telco belong to somebody.
That stuff is not cheap. If it is DGIV remains the owner, then we have the cash or the credit to get that. If it will be sold to the telco or to another entity then somebody will generate revenue for DGIV.

Then, there is the minutes business.......

Don' FTEL me, please
