as off year end 98
commen stock 183 million
prefered stock a 380 thousand
preferd stock b 1.2 million
the 20 % of Viomonta has cost cabec 15 million restricted comen stock
included in the 183 million.
more as soon the financials are put in a matter to be put out in a PR
and i hope that this is completet tomorrow or begining of next week.
and i am waiting on a final confermation from Vimonta which will be then emidiatly put out on a PR but i do not have it jet.
please give me a little more time i am working on all this matter as fast as i can pushing hard but a lot of things is not only depending on me.
for example in the beginning i had a negotiation with Vimonta for 40% for 30 million commen stock the i only got 20% for 15 million then the other 15 mllion was cancled but on the stockholder list they are still on so i need this to be corected but it will still show on the financials on end 98. so same info is not 100% corect but the accountens only take the printed figers.
again in the float there are as of 2.12.99 20.5 million.
if new stock get into the float i get the figgers every week with one week delay.
some of you how now me know i not try to hide things but i am cleaning up this hole mess to have everything in order and from there on it will be easy every 3 month you all will get the financials.
and i try to give you all the info i can but then as more i explain as more question.
belive me i know what i am doing and i have everyones intrest in my mind.
