Flu;

I had it twice (flu). I began taking Ech. about 1/2 way through the second bout. I took the heavy dose -- 2 capsules every 2 hrs. or so, about 7-10 per day. It took 3 days to kick in. I was symptomless in 6 days. This doesn't sound like a miracle, but I REALLY couldn't shake it, and I really do not think that I would have been symptomless in the same amount of time without it. It was a remedy recommended to my by two sources on two different ends of the continent.
