I hope this "Cheet'em" is resolved quickly and in our favor. It certainly looks like "unjust enrichment" but then I am not a lawyer. What's holding me back is my over exposure to a stock named LifeOne. They were caught up with a "floorless debenture" mess and have been sued in to bankruptcy protection. It is amazing how slow the wheels of justice is moving.

I am not sure these are parallel situations. But I have my share of stock with legal situations.
