Andrew,

When I say the basis of no news, I mean news based all on hype and nothing else. When the news has come out, the stock has tanked so fast your head would spin because it appeared so lame when it was released. It's all about pumped-up expectations without much meat. KANA and ALFN were two good examples of OTC's that moved fast based on rumour, but since I am Canadian, the stocks I talk about trade on our exchanges and not OTC. BII is one example of a Canadian internet auction stock that was at 0.53 back in October '98 and went as far as $4.00 by early November of the same year. Bre-X (despite the fact it turned out to be a fraud) is another case in point rising from 0.10 to well over $250/share in less than six months based on PRELIMINARY gold assay results. There is plenty of examples out there and am not going into detail, but they highlight the fact that stocks can and do move fast in the face of resistance.

BTW, BII had a float of over 30 million at the time of its last run-up which has increased to over 40 million now with a share price of around $6.00 that COULD go higher still.

I agree there is nothing we can do about TSIG's situation, but its ridiculous that this stock can't seem to budge when others have with less to go on. Perhaps a better PR firm is in order?
