If it keeps the UK peasants happy..."PUBLISH label rules"...I thought they already have them...

The UK government already notes they only have a few such foods out, which I think are already identified on shelves. The funniest thing is there are other GM crops which are already mixed into other food production channels, and have been for some time, and the trade agreement of earlier this week makes sure things stay that way. And apparently the UK backs this trade agreement; in fact it has to under the WTO.

Once again, the real issue here is Greenpeace's media terrorism. When will the UK come up with rules to handle that? Or can it? It's funny, they have been forced to give in to this kind of thing. In this respect, Greenpeace has been successful by using bad science terrorism...no doubt they targeted the Brits as vulnerable victims since the BSE thing happened. In other circles, this kind of terrorism is considered illegal. In a modern, media-driven world, Greenpeace is an extremely agile criminal indeed.
