My response to the "CEO" was that I was a SUBSTANTIAL shareholder and was insulted and indignant at his lack of professionalism (in a nutshell).

I've dealt with MANY CEO's throughout my career (both large and small companies) and have NEVER had anyone be so immature and obnoxious...let alone in response to a most professionally and courteously written request such as the one I sent him!!!
