When I saw it break .60 I was on the phone to Jim Grahm from Jordex. 1. Yes the private placement will be closed next week at .60. He placed their present cash value in the low .70's/share. 2. They are only looking at tech. deals. He mentioned internet or some proprietary tech., possibly in the telecommunications area. 3. He said is would be at least 3 weeks before any deals are announced. They are presently looking at a deal a day right now. He also mentioned that the company would be looking for a NASDAQ listing down the road once the deal was done. May have to wait a little longer for this one. Best Regards KEITH
