JS -- re: internal growth -- didn't JJ say recently they weren't going to be adding anyone they couldn't justify keeping for core business post y2k?

--nice bounce back on half the average vol. Tea leaf readers-- what's this mean? This puts us at about 3/4's or so of the other day's gain?
