I E mailed them about the trade that got screwed up last week. They E Mailed me back and told me to call their trading desk and ask for a trading manager. I had already talked w/ someone on the trading desk and it was a waste of time. Told me my trade was put in. Told them then why didn't it go through since stock went 1/2 point or so higher. Said I must have been "in line"; meaning probably that order did not go in. I'm thinking about moving account. I know Schwab works, but it is more expensive; it might be smarter paying the higher commissions and being able to trade w/o worring whether or not the order went in or not.

Good Luck,

Doug
