here's a copy of the email response i got today from (if you'll pardon the expression) netscape help. it is a response to a 2nd mailing from me, after their 1st response completely missed the mark. check it out:

aren't they "special"? i don't have the energy to tell them that i know someone who has it working just fine on their machine.
