The low volume was strange. This was common just a few months ago, but we haven't seen it in quite a while. The PR firm was given 850,000 shares. The deal was, they were allowed to sell at any time at any price. In my opinion, it was a HUGE waste of Shares. Best we can tell, is the company did give QSTI one page in their investment magazine and make some cold calls. The going rate at the time was $5,000 for the page. So actually it looks like they were paid approximately $600,000 for some phone calls. We're evidently in the wrong business.
