I'm asking myself this.....If IBIC needs to do a rights offering to fund this project, what happened to the bank financing? Maybe they couldn't get all the cash they were looking for? Maybe too risky??

Given that almost all the people holding this stock have been burned by it, just how many rights does IBI expect to see exercised? Gotta have at least some faith in the co. and management before pluncking down anymore dough. Can't see them raising too much cash from it.

Also, still don't see how IBI managed to make such a "steal" on this African property. Surely if it was any good there would have been other players sniffing around. It's not as if this was an undiscovered gem or something. The mine used to be in operation. Anyone could have come in and done some surveying to see if there was anything viable left.
