O.K. guys and gals, let's start a pool. Everyone gets to make one best guess as to when trading in IBIC will resume. The person to guess the date the closest, without going past the date, wins. (I don't know WHAT you win, but we can haggle over that later). My guess it March 1 (1999 that is). Elizabeth guesses Feb. 26, 1999 Any one else want to join in??
