EMAIL FROM KENT KAPPEN; PLEASE READ! I wrote to Kent today regarding Sony's PR release and NASDAQ listing timeframe and, as usual, received a timely response. I asked for his approval to post it here and his response was positive. Unfortunately, I am not a RB member so if anyone is please help KK out (he asked me to be sure his message was posted on both SI and RB to be "even handed with info distribution") and post this message there as well... Boy, KK sure is a god guy. Not many top execs would take the amount of time he has to convey his message in this kind of forum. GO WAVX! and thanks again Kent! Sony's announcement is great because it adds more credibility to our technology. Their planned system announcement talks about what will work well with EMBASSY. We would love the opportunity to work with Sony to complete their solution, because theirs only talks about content protection...Not metering or off-line transactions...Or even authentication...Regarding NASDAQ relisting we should hear back from them around the middle of March. Thanks, Kent
