I would argue that if the Daniel imposter has violated an SEC regulation, than Daniel Miller has. After all, isn't Daniel pumping and dumping. Isn't that what he posted on his board earlier in the week. Remember, he bought FSOL, then he pumped it to everyone on this board and then as you all were buying, he sold off a portion of his. He pumped and dumped. Clearly an SEC violation.
