Good points. the last few days of trades are certainly different. Yesterday CT financial was everywhere. Today it was Cannacord. Never makes sense when one house is the entire sell side. with respect to the financing, my experience is these things always go to the last minute to ensure all DD is complete. It is a slow process and the lawyers have no interest in finishing early.
