That means that the CDROM driver is not implemented at the DOS level.

You might try contacting your vendor for the DOS CDROM driver and the text that you need to add to the Autoexec.bat and Config.sys files.

Do you have a Win95 Boot diskette? One should have come with the Win95 CDROM. If not, you need to contact your vendor for it.
