Those statements are not "defamatory" in nature. Want the dictionary definition:

"An oral statement of a false, malicious nature, tending to damage another's reputation, means of livelihood etc.<<

I especially like the last part about "livelihood."

I've been called worse names on this thread Doug, and so have you, so don't try and hold some kind of threat over me. If you want to worry about reputations, I think you would realize that yours has already suffered out here to a great extent and so there really isn't any need to get all touchy feely about it. You want to talk about slander and defamation, how about accusing Waldo of being a "paid tout" Now that's injurious to character my friend and you've said that on more than one occasion. What I have pointed it is the obvious, and if you think no lawyer or judge will laugh on your face pursuing a case against me, YOUR'RE wrong.

I am finished with this topic anyways and I've made my point FWIW.

As for BII, the stock is slowly drifting down and we'll see a close of under $6.00 tomorrow. Buying strength? One has to wonder where it is in anticipation of NASDAQ.

As for Sili's suggestion of profit-taking. Lame excuse for a stock that people should be in the buying mode for now. I mean who wants to take profits if the big money is just around the corner? Doesn't make too much sense now does it?
