Mark, as my mother would say... Jimmy, how long have you known about this? Are you saying that for the past year, they never planned to file? Took a year and couldn't find an auditor? We were told (all ye of short memory) that the numbers were done in September but that the "lawyers don't want us to release them" for some arcane reason. Apparently that objection is over if they would allow them to be released in a couple months. What happened to the September auditors? Let's see what they had in September, or tell them to quit lying to you already. Don't you have any experience following DGIV?
