Any reason this is addressed to me? I give. You all caught me, I'll turn myself in. LOL Regarding your previous post I don't share your concerns. My experience with the court system in this country, let alone Chile is baffling at times. There are constant postponements and deadlines that seem to never be met. Include Chile in the mix and I can see how someone could legitimately mention time frames that one could come to the conclusion was deception, when in reality the problem is with the court system itself. How would Medinah know the case would be yanked to another court? Delays in itself. Then their summer siesta or whatever it is called. Regarding the delay with the Russkies how can Medinah be blamed if they can't come up with the financing? Catan? This is a small company with limited resources. They have determined Lapangue is the defining moment for the company and everything should go into proving up this property. Makes sense to me. I would share your concerns if this was all we had to go on, vague references of the Russians and majors but we have much more to go on than this. Dayton and Bema are publicly traded companies and specifically mentioned in releases. There are many other independent sources and I think if you put it all down on a spreadsheet and consider all the facts this all comes out as very credible. I respect your opinion, just another angle.
