I have the same feeling. They have to bring the goods in time. I asked Jim about the said granite-deal. He told me, that they were still waiting for proof of the credit line at the bank from their customer (Dutch or German). David called him more than once the last weeks, to ascertain that the deal was there. However, Jim doesn't want to sign until he's ascertained of the credibility of the customer. He was hoping, it would be done this week, but in my opinion it will take some more time.
This granite deal has also influence on the VSE approval: Jim said, that the granite deal would speed up things at the VSE considerably, probably because the VSE has some problems with the valuation of the acquisition of SSI by Bomax.
By the way, the PP isn't a problem. They just don't want to close it, until they know that the VSE is ready with it. They have to put the money of the PP in a trust (?) and they don't want to stall that money from the investors too long. Jim knows the investors in the PP personally.
Fact is, I would like to see things speed up some more. But, still patient.
