I'm thinking that the analyst the first part of the week, Mary something (?), knew something from the FTC or had wind of this coming out. It feels like this trial is starting to be more of trash MSFT by their competitors. At this point, it doesn't like the MSFT bashers will get what they want. I have to put more belief in what that analysts said, "slap on the wrist". Maybe the FTC report is why MSFT closed up today? This doesn't bode well for Toysoldier. Thank You JK
