Unfortunately you are right. I watched so many issues in 97 go thru that scenario. Millions of shares purchased at .001 to .003. . . then major hype. . . and next thing you know it is at a dime, like you say and they make 100 times their money as they sell into the buying.

Before anyone copies this idea down, guess what? It is against the law. It is called pump and dump. Any time you pump a worthless stock, then sell into the buying it is a pump and dump. Many right here on SI are guilty of it, and they don't even realize it.
