I read about this process in the last annual report from DRXR a few month back. The report is available from:

I don't remember all of the details that clearly at this point.

Sorry for not answering sooner. Had alot of trouble with Yahoo! Terribly slow server. Must be overloaded during the daytime, especially lunch.
