Hi JC - this was in the Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition today regarding Stockprofiles.com... "The SEC said it settled another illegal touting case with Hastings Communications, the owner and publisher of the Stockprofiles.com website. The SEC alleged Hastings violated the anti-touting provisions of the securities laws by publicizing the securities of publicly traded companies on the Internet without disclosing fully that it was compensated in cash and stock by these companies. Without admitting or denying the allegations, the company agreed to refrain from future violations." Sounds like it may be time for a new PR firm. Regards, Phil
