John... Outstanding shares in PWEB is 10 million. The float is about 3 million shares. With regards to financials, I think I recall that Asphalt was a non-reporting company. I don't know if PWEB ever plans on becoming a fully reporting company. I would think not. They have no sales and probably never will. I am familiar with the PR company, Columbia Financial. They are internet hypers, in the chat rooms, on the bulletin boards. You know the story. Their stocks always have a PAID for, "buy" recommendation, by some bullshit analyst. Their press releases are always sure to include lofty projected sales figures and bogus contracts. I know they did AETI last year and the company went from $3 to about 25 cents by the time all were out. PAUL
