It's nice to know that you know about as much about antitrust law as you do about investing....i.e., zero.

AMD's struggle is due largely to their own incompetence (i.e. relentless manufacturing/yield problems) and flawed marketing/pricing strategies. So far, there are no laws against having incompetent competitors.

The fact that AMD insists on selling their products below costs is hardly Intel's doing. I keep hearing from all the AMD wizards just how great and competitive AMD chips are. If true, why doesn't AMD just price their products equivalent to Intel (instead of 25% below) and compete on performance???
