Why because you say so ? No more Riley, get a grip.... you lied through your teeth to the people on this thread who thought you knew what you were talking about. As it turns out, you didn't have a clue. As a "trained government investigator" you should have been able to pick up a phone and find out right from the beginning that what you were presenting as facts, were indeed lies, lies and more lies.

There was no illegal short selling, because as it turns out.. there is no such animal ! It is not illegal to short BB stocks, in fact it's a darn good idea because 90% of the BB companies are scams. Two years ago people were drawn to them by promises of great technologies, bio-tech discoveries or business plans that parroted the legitimate companies. The folllowing year it was the "short squeeze" . Your cartel was a joke and the calvary that you "used" to keep your followers in line was a figment of your imagination, I suspect.

You threats of lawsuits against those who spoke out was but another of your tactics to keep your "followers" in line. Your harassment of those who gave accurate information to this thread was waaaaaay out of line and your intrustion into the private lives of Kugler, Mork, Tonto and others was abominable. I'm certainly not surprised that you left this thread instead of owning up to the fraud long ago and I'm not surprised to see you claiming that you have "uncovered" information. BS
