Michael, as long as we're clearing up old questions....Please can you give us an update on the month-old statement below: Friday February 5, 11:53 am Eastern Time Company Press Release SOURCE: Cabec Energy Corporation Cabec Energy Corporation Announces Agreement With PaceCo Financial Services Inc. and Date for Stock Dividend Distribution...... ..."Cabec's attorneys have informed management that the stock certificates necessary for the distribution to stockholders will be printed and in the hands of Cabec's transfer agent, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, by January 28, 1999."..... I don't understand how a statement issued on Feb 5 can reference a future event to occur on a date (Jan 28) that has already passed? Does Cabec's (not Union Group) transfer agent have our shares by now or not? When will we get them?? Thank you, Mickie
