Remember LEAH's building materials business was profitable before the spinoff. Add the acquisition, I'm estimating that windoor will earn perhaps $2. I see nothing wrong with a multiple of 15, they will be growing and probably deserve a higher one anyway.
FENV, they already have contracts for tens of millions, they should be able to earn .50, a multiple of 18 gives you $9.
LEAH itself probably has a book value of at least $15, if they make $1-2, what's wrong with $12? The plan of selling out to a major at $30-40 later on makes more and more sense to me.

Of course the companies will only reach these valuations if they're fully reporting and trading at a stock exchange.

Ridiculous? Well, I guess we'll just have to see about that. Look what has been happening during the past 12 months and try to envision the next 12.
At any rate my money will be staying here.

Best regards,

Baldur F.
