Mike, the only problem with 6% interest rates is that the market's valuation is still pegged closer to 5%, and if 6% becomes the norm, we will need to correct some 15% (assuming 5% rise in earnings), that will be tough, because the pendulum will probably overswing. Be ready to see the lows of around 7400 we saw last year, if indeed interest rates continue their climb toward 6%.
