Christian I have to take minor issue with your last statement from this post. You stated that "

To correct you its not the FTEL supporters who claim this. its the company itself that will tell you all the announced deals not including this last one were all paid in advance. I will say however that this last 3.5M deal was mostly paid for already. I can not hang a figure of what mostly means but I guess its more than 1/2 and less than whole.ggg. I have to say the way you phrased it makes it sound like hype. I deplore hype I buy and or sell based on real due dilli

Of course if you choose to short FTEL that of course is your option and if you had prior to jan. this year you would have done great. I just thought that as dangerous it is to go long BB stocks its just as dangerous to short them. In any case good luck in what ever you choose to do.
