The size of the bid is the amount of shares at the
moment that a buyer is willing to buy at the quoted bid price.
The size of the ask is the amount of shares at the
moment that a seller is willing to sell at the quoted ask price.
Usually the size is reflected on the ticker 1=100 shares
but might be different for penny stocks or other ticker formats
setup by differnet data providers
