" How much funds? 1) The cited statement is from a news release where FTEL CLEARLY stated that USAT advanced funds. No word was to read that the contract has been paid in full. Not stated in that way. Everything else is speculation. USAT may have advanced ANY amount. You, Seth did so (more or less, when stating: ..."I will correct you on one point ... they sold them product for cash".) and you are an FTEL supporter, per your posting history. Additionally: Peter Buswell, Franklin Telecom's President & COO stated, ''Our installation of USATalk's California network is up and running. The installation process has been exceeding our expectations. This new order will continue to expand their national network.'' ''We are pursuing an aggressive schedule of manufacturing and shipping consistent with our customer's goals,'' Buswell continued. ''Fortunately, during recent months we have built the necessary infrastructure of dedicated personnel and facilities to make this possible.'' I will ask around and let prove how FTELs installation works with USAT. This, however may take awhile and I can't promise to find out anything. C.
