Scott, Dell is very good at what they do, but they are no gorilla. They assemble components and put them together in a box. Thank goodness for their direct model. Lookout...the competition is starting to get a grip on this. And guess what? They are starting to realize that they cannot remain high end snobs anymore. They have no proprietary technology and spend very little on R & D in comparison to the "real" gorillas. KY
