This is the same company he is talking about right?

On the network management and security site, Network Associates (NETA). That's a company that's taken a lot of heat lately because of what they've been doing in terms of previous acquisitions they made. (See full story). They did things that were fair game when they did them, but the SEC's choosing to come back now and review some of those prior accounting practices. They've had to re-do something given the SEC's new rules of the game. And, by the way, everything that was done was fair game when it was done. It's just that the rule books are being rewritten.

They're very good about taking care of that, so I think we pretty much know what the issues are on that side. But the stock's really been abused, and we think overly hampered on the downside. And it's a real opportunity because network management is a critically important function, and information security is a critical function, and they're real leaders in those fields.
